Thank you for shopping with Victorious Fitness Essentials FZ-LLC. We aim to provide a clear, reliable, and professional delivery experience for all orders placed through our online store.

Our products are shipped using two different fulfilment methods depending on the product type: smaller accessories are handled through our fulfilment partners, while larger equipment and Signature Series items are delivered through direct coordination with the client.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently focus primarily on deliveries within the United Arab Emirates.

International delivery may be available upon request and will be quoted separately depending on the destination, product type, order size, customs requirements, and available logistics options.

2. Accessories and Carry-On Items

Accessories and smaller items are generally fulfilled through our appointed fulfilment and delivery partners.

This category may include:

Exercise mats
Gym towels
Push-up bars
Jump ropes
Leather exercise balls
Cable attachments
Other compact fitness accessories

Orders for accessories are usually processed within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, and fulfilment partner operations.

Estimated UAE delivery time is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, courier schedule, public holidays, weather conditions, or other operational factors outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or directly through the courier service where available.

3. Signature Equipment and Large Items

Our Signature Equipment and larger products are handled separately from standard accessory fulfilment.

This category may include:

Dumbbells
Kettlebells
Benches
Racks and stands
Wall-mounted cable machines
Custom-made equipment
Private gym packages
Other large or made-to-order items

Delivery for these items is arranged individually through direct communication with the client. Timelines, delivery method, access requirements, installation needs, and logistics costs will be confirmed before final dispatch.

For made-to-order or imported Signature Equipment, estimated door delivery is generally 12–15 weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Express delivery options may be available for selected products at an additional cost.

Large equipment delivery may require additional coordination regarding:

Building access
Service elevator availability
Parking/loading access
Delivery permits
Security approval
Installation timing
Client availability
Site readiness

The client is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive the product on the agreed date.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for accessories may be displayed at checkout or confirmed during order processing.

Shipping, handling, installation, or special delivery charges for Signature Equipment and large items will be quoted separately based on the product, delivery location, order size, and required logistics.

Any additional costs related to remote delivery areas, failed delivery attempts, storage, special handling, building restrictions, or re-delivery may be charged to the client.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be affected by:

Stock availability
Payment verification
Courier collection schedules
Public holidays
High-demand periods
Customs or import procedures
Client response time for quotation-based orders

We will contact the client if there are any expected delays or if further information is required to complete the delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

For accessory orders, our fulfilment or courier partner may contact the customer directly to arrange delivery.

If the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect delivery details, or does not respond to the courier, additional delivery attempts may be delayed or subject to extra charges.

For large equipment, delivery dates must be agreed in advance. If the delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, incorrect information, absence of the client, or lack of required approvals, re-delivery, storage, or handling fees may apply.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery.

For accessories, please report any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For large equipment and Signature Series items, the client or authorised representative should inspect the product at the time of delivery and installation where applicable.

If damage is visible upon delivery, please take clear photos of:

The outer packaging
The damaged area
The shipping label
The complete product
Any missing or affected parts

Claims for transport damage may be difficult to process if reported late or without supporting photos.

8. Delays

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timelines. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs procedures, supplier delays, shipping disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, building access limitations, or force majeure events.

If a significant delay occurs, we will inform the client as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated estimated delivery timeline.

9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected orders.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, destination fees, or local regulatory requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery timelines for international orders vary depending on the destination country, customs process, shipping method, and product type.
